Processing time

All orders are handmade or hand-finished in Marrakech, Morocco. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, our team will call to confirm the order within 2 business days before it is prepared for shipping. Orders that cannot be confirmed within this window may be cancelled.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase. Domestic orders within Morocco typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. International orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
